Website terms.

These terms cover use of the public BV/RO website. Individual client projects are governed by their own written scope, proposal, agreement, and payment terms.

Website content

Portfolio material, descriptions, interface previews, and demo data are provided to explain BV/RO's work and capabilities. Public product demonstrations may use synthetic or altered information.

Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation only. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, establish a project scope, or commit either party to work together.

Intellectual property

BV/RO branding, original website design, written content, and portfolio presentation remain protected by their respective rights. Client-owned marks and project material remain the property of their owners.
